UnPlugged is HMS's daily time devoted to reaching students social/emotional needs. Many different activities take place daily during this time that aids in building strong relationships with all stakeholders. Mr. Adigum's students had a great time making treat using teamwork.
Thursday Night middle school football at home hosting the Goodland Cowboys. 7th grade won 26 - 0. 8th grade lost a hard fought battle 24 - 28.
Mr. Barre's PE class working on "fitness" testing. While the boys test, the girls are actively playing a game that promotes fitness.

Hugoton Middle School 2nd Chance Breakfast - students who do not have the opportunity to eat breakfast at home or in the cafeteria are offered a 2nd chance to eat breakfast during UnPlugged(9:03 - 9:25). Today's menu; breakfast pizza, breakfast bars, fresh fruit, milk and juice.

HHS All school - students (9-12) and high school staff - will be on Friday, 8/16/2019 from 6:00 pm-11:45 pm. Our goal is 100% student participation. Food, fun, fellowship - free! This is a great way to start a new school year - make new friends and renew old friendships!
Picture day for all HHS students is Monday, August 19, 2019, starting at 8:15 am. Picture packets will be sent home on the first day of school (8/15). Please contact the high school office if you have any questions.
HHS OPEN HOUSE/MEET THE TEACHER NIGHT will be Tuesday, 8/20/2019 from 6:30pm-8:30pm. We will begin in the auditorium then dismiss to classes to meet teachers and hear their expectations. Students and parents are encouraged to attend.
HHS ALL STUDENTS (9-12) AND STAFF back to school lock in will be Friday, August 16, 2019 from 5:00 pm-11:45 pm. This will be an AWESOME night to meet new friends and your "unplugged" family. Don't miss it!
HHS "Fish Camp" for incoming 9th graders and students new to HHS will be held on Tuesday, 8/6/2019 from 6:30-8:30 in the auditorium. Please bring yourself and your parents.
