The Early Childhood Development Center, ECDC, is located at 507 South Madison Street in Hugoton, Kansas.

This school building consists of Preschool classrooms, KinderPrep classrooms, and Kindergarten classrooms.
Preschool students attend 4 days a week for half a day, KinderPrep and Kindergarten students attend 5 days a week for the whole day.

Hugoton Elementary School is located at 304 E. 6th Street.
The school holds grades 1st - 6th. The students attend Monday- Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30p.m.

Tiffany Boxum 
Hugoton Primary School Principal
Tiffany Boxum is the Hugoton Primary School Principal. Tiffany grew up in Moscow, Kansas. After graduating from Moscow High School and Fort Hays State University where she received her degrees in Elementary Education and Educational Administration, she was employed by USD 210 Hugoton. She taught 3rd grade for three years and 5th grade for four years. Tiffany has been the Primary School Principal at Hugoton Elementary School for the past 15 years. She is most proud of her excellent students and staff because "Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much. -Helen Keller".
